PARTTRACKS OMR / GUIDED SHEET MUSIC CONVERSION

AN ASSISTED FIRST PROJECT

A paid pilot.
A shared investment.

You receive a reviewed conversion at a pilot price. We cover part of the cost because your experience helps us improve the service.

PILOT DISCOUNT

40% off the indicative price per page.

For the pilot, our estimate is €2.50 per source page excluding VAT. This is the rounded amount after a 40% discount on the current indicative price of €4.16 excluding VAT. That reference price is not yet a final standard rate.

The calculator gives an initial estimate. After reviewing the PDF, we confirm the final price including VAT, the agreed scope and the delivery time.

The agreed delivery package

  • The complete score in MusicXML 4.0
  • A readable review PDF
  • A summary of remaining review points
  • Personal coordination on the source, import and feedback

Why we share the cost

We want to understand what works in your musical practice. The pilot provides insight into source quality, required checks, correction time and usability after import. That learning value is the reason for the discount.

The discount applies to this pilot phase. Final pricing for later projects will reflect what we learn and will be agreed separately.

PARTICIPATION

What we agree together.

The pilot concerns a specific score and a usable result. Agreements are tailored to your source and intended use.

01

Before the project

We discuss suitability, the number of pages, the price, your software and the desired delivery. You can submit your PDF through the enquiry form. After source assessment, you receive a proposal; you only pay after accepting it.

02

On delivery

You receive the files and review notes. Open the MusicXML file in your notation software and check whether the result meets the agreed scope.

03

After import

Tell us what works and where corrections remain. Identify the voice and bar for any problem. Any remedial work is discussed under the agreed project terms.

Email info@rsmusic.nl ↗

Which pages count towards the price?

The calculator uses the stated number of source pages containing music. Covers, blank pages and special cases are discussed during source review. The page count after layout or import does not determine the estimate.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices on this website are in euros and exclude VAT. After source review, you receive a final price with the applicable VAT and the total payable. The calculator provides an estimate and does not create an agreement.

How quickly will my score be delivered?

Delivery time depends on length, legibility, complexity and available capacity. We agree it after source review. There is no general fixed turnaround time yet.

Can I submit a scan or a handwritten score?

Legible scans of printed choral and piano music fit the first pilot. Handwriting, historical printing and hard-to-read sources need individual assessment. Please contact us first.

What if something is wrong after import?

Report the issue with your software and version, together with the voice and bar concerned. We assess whether it involves recognition, source uncertainty or import rendering. Corrections and additional work follow the terms agreed in advance.

Will the original page layout be reproduced exactly?

The service focuses on editable musical content. Systems, pages and note spacing in the review PDF or your software may differ. We discuss specific layout requirements in advance.

How do I send my PDF, and when do I pay?

Use ‘Convert your score’ to send an enquiry directly from the website, with an optional PDF attachment. We first assess the source and confirm the price and delivery. Payment follows only after you accept the proposal. Submitting the form is not an order or a payment.
